Salt baked duck
Overview
Duck meat is nutritious, but in an era when there is no shortage of food, eating meat seems to be within reach. Many people stew duck soup, drink more soup and eat less meat, because the meat of more mature ducks is thicker after stewing the soup, especially the whole breast meat. Then we can choose part of the meat to make this salt-baked duck, and eat two ducks.
