Honey Butter Almond
Overview
I often purchase Korean Honey Butter Almond, which is popular around the world. Many people like to eat it, including myself. I just had some free time in the past two days and made some at home. My mother’s friend likes it very much (๑•̀ω•́๑). Friends who like it can also try it at home. It’s super simple, delicious and healthy to eat. Eating more nut-based foods is good for your health, so it’s good to indulge yourself with some healthy snacks occasionally (๑•̀ω•́๑)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh 200 grams of almonds
-
Weigh out about 25 grams of beaten sugar. (I myself use white granulated sugar to make powdered sugar with a food processor. If you find it troublesome, you can buy it directly from the supermarket.) If you like it a little sweeter, you can add some more powdered sugar.
-
Prepare 3 pieces of butter, which can be found in this supermarket. (You can also put 2 pieces of butter, you can choose the number according to your taste)
-
Wash the almonds with clean water, rinse them well, then soak them for a few minutes, then pick them up and drain the water. (The almonds you just bought will have some dust and need to be cleaned)
-
Drain the almonds from the water, put them in the electric oven, adjust the temperature to 180°, and bake them for 10 minutes before taking them out.
-
When ready, heat the butter in a pan. When the butter slowly spreads and melts into small bubbles, you can put the roasted almonds into the pan and fry. (Those who don’t have an electric oven at home can also fry the almonds directly)
-
Stir-fry the almonds constantly in the pot, stir-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes, be sure to stir constantly to avoid burning the pot. When they are almost done, the skin will be crispy, and you are ready to add honey
-
Put the honey into the pot and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat and let the almonds dry. (If honey is fried for too long, the flavor will not be as strong and delicious)
-
When the almonds are colder, you can coat them with a layer of powdered sugar. You can place them on a plate or in a candy jar. The honey almonds are ready! It’s simple and delicious. Those who are hands-on snack lovers should try it at home!
