My family all loves to drink yogurt. It is simple, hygienic and economical to make by yourself. I make it almost every week!

Prepare pure milk and lactic acid bacteria.

Yogurt cups, mixing containers and spoons should be sterilized by rinsing them with boiling water.

Pour pure milk into a large basin, add a small packet of lactic acid bacteria, and stir gently evenly.

Pour the stirred milk into small glasses one by one. My yogurt machine is equipped with 7 small glasses.

Add a little warm water to the yogurt maker and put the glass in it.

Close the lid and power on for 8 to 10 hours.

Finished product.

Add fruit or sugar water, it's delicious!
