Put all the ingredients (except butter) into the bread machine

Stir the ingredients into a smooth dough, add butter, and continue stirring 2-3 times for the first 20 minutes on the dough setting

Use the time while the noodles are kneading to finely chop the green onions and fry them dry in a pan and set aside

After the dough can be stretched out into a thin film, add the green onions

Stir the green onions evenly into the dough

Let the dough ferment 2.5 times in size

Deflate the risen dough and let it rest for 10 minutes

Divide into 4 equal parts and let rest for about 10 minutes

Squeeze the risen dough and spread it out into round sheets

Fold in half, relax

Then use a flour stick to spread it into a rectangular shape

Roll into a cylinder

Place in toast mold

Ferment in a warm and humid place until 7 minutes full

Lightly brush the egg wash on the risen dough

Sprinkle chopped green onion and black pepper powder

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. After baking for 10 minutes, cover with tin foil to prevent excessive coloring
