Moss Twist
Overview
I was originally going to fry the twists, but I didn't keep a record of the recipe I made last time, so I added a little too much butter this time. When the twists were ready, they melted away quickly when put into the oil pan. There was nothing left except some impurities in the oil pan. I decided to use the oven instead. It was still crispy and had a bit of a coarse texture.

Prepare the ingredients.

Add all ingredients except butter.

Knead the bread machine for 20 minutes.

Add butter again and continue kneading for 20 minutes. The kneaded dough will rise for another 30 minutes.

Cut the dough into small pieces.

Take a small piece and shape it into a long strip.

Then arrange them into twists and place them neatly on the baking sheet (line the baking sheet with oiled paper).

After preheating the oven to 190 degrees, put in the twist dough and bake for 10 minutes, then change to 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
