Bread Ice Cream Salad

Overview

When bread meets ice cream, the ice cream is as delicious as sauce.

Material
Wash the grapes and scoop the dragon fruit into round balls with a baller. Beat the eggs and set aside.
Clean and heat the pan, and brush both sides of the white toast slices evenly with egg wash.
Put in the pot and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown. Drain and set aside to cool.
Cut the fried toast into strips and place around the salad bowl.
Add the grapes and dragon fruit in sequence, and finally use a scoop to scoop out the ice cream balls and place them on top.
