Heart-shaped dragon fruit milk pudding (made for the Chinese Valentine’s Day)
Overview
Today is the seventh day of July, which is Chinese Valentine's Day. I made this heart-shaped dragon fruit pudding to meet the occasion: the shape is heart-shaped and the color is red, which means that family, friendship, and love need to be given and faced with a red heart sincerely in order to reap full rewards. May all lovers be happy!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the dragon fruit into cubes and put it into the crusher.
-
Use the milkshake function to blend the dragon fruit into a fine juice without adding water!
-
Pour the dragon juice into the pan, add a box of pure milk and stir evenly.
-
Put the gelatine sheets soaked in cold or ice water into the pot and stir. (It is recommended to use ice water. The cold boiled water I used today felt a little melted because the weather was too hot and the gelatin tablets were a little melted. It melts when it is preheated.)
-
Stir the gelatine sheets to melt, stir the juice evenly, and put it into the container. I lined it with baking paper to make it easier to unmold. Place it in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
-
After refrigeration, pour it out.
