Ingredients
Steps
-
Add pure milk, yeast, sugar, high-gluten flour, milk powder, and salt to the bread machine and knead for 20 minutes
-
After 20 minutes, add butter and knead until fully expanded.
-
Let the dough continue to rise in the bread pan until it triples in size.
-
Divide the dough evenly into 5 portions, each portion is about 70 grams. Knead into a round shape and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes.
-
Knead it into a ball again, sift some flour on top, and press it firmly in the middle with chopsticks to form a PP shape. Then put it in the oven for secondary fermentation until it doubles in size, and put a plate of hot water on the bottom.
-
The traces in the middle of the fermented dough will not be visible. Sieve some flour on top and press it with chopsticks.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Cover the dough with tin foil after one minute in the oven to prevent it from coloring.
