It’s the gift-giving season at the end of the year again. If I want to make something delicious for my sisters, nougat is a must.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Roast the peanuts in advance, remove the skins, and mix them with dried cranberries (I didn’t crush either of them because I think it’s easier to handle them whole just like this).
-
The marshmallows can bear the weight required.
-
Put the butter in a non-stick pan and bring to a boil over low heat.
-
It must be on low or low heat.
-
Cook until the butter is completely melted.
-
Pour in the marshmallows and continue to melt the marshmallows over low heat.
-
Pour in the milk powder and stir quickly.
-
Pour in the dried fruits, continue to stir, use quick techniques, control the temperature, mix well and immediately turn off the heat.
-
Stir to form a dough.
-
Quickly move to the mold, arrange while hot, set aside to dry to room temperature, and refrigerate for one hour.
-
Take it out after an hour and refrigerate the nougat to make it more convenient and beautiful.
-
Cut the dough into small pieces according to the mold print, wrap it in your favorite candy wrapper, and it's ready to be packaged.
-
The peanuts are crispy, the dried cranberries are sour and sweet, and the flavor is full of milk.
