The rice dumpling leaves are nestled into a funnel shape and cannot leak rice.

Add glutinous rice on top of the diced ham. At this time, the amount of glutinous rice should not be too much. It needs to be about 70% full to make it easier to wrap.

Cover the rice dumpling leaves, press down the left and right sides of the rice dumpling leaves and pinch them so that the back of the rice dumpling body forms an equilateral triangle. The remaining part is twisted clockwise against the rice dumpling body to form a sharp angle. The folded leaves are close to the rice dumpling body. The excess rice dumpling leaves cannot exceed the rice dumpling body.
