Cranberry Peanut Nougat

Overview

The nougat with cranberries is sour and sweet.

After the peanuts are cooked, remove the red coating.
Prepare marshmallows, milk powder, and butter.
Chop the cranberries and chop the peanuts.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir-fry until melted. Add milk powder and stir quickly to combine.
Turn off the heat and add chopped peanuts, chopped cranberries and mix quickly evenly.
Move into oil paper and press to shape. Let cool and then cut into pieces.
