Wash fresh dendrobium with salt, flatten and cut into inches.

Blanch the pork belly and cut into small pieces.

Wash Ophiopogon japonicus.

Put dendrobium and pork belly into the stew pot.

Add Ophiopogon japonicus and wolfberry.

Place in an electric stew pot and simmer over water for 2 hours.

Remove from the pan and add a pinch of salt to taste.
