Steps

1. 1 Wash fresh dendrobium with salt, flatten and cut into inches.

   

2. 2 Blanch the pork belly and cut into small pieces.

   

3. 3 Wash Ophiopogon japonicus.

   

4. 4 Put dendrobium and pork belly into the stew pot.

   

5. 5 Add Ophiopogon japonicus and wolfberry.

   

6. 6 Place in an electric stew pot and simmer over water for 2 hours.

   

7. 7 Remove from the pan and add a pinch of salt to taste.
