Garlic Bamboo Leaf Vegetables
Overview
Since I don't like seasonings such as MSG and chicken essence, I added a little light soy sauce to the greens for seasoning (be sure not to use too much). When frying the greens, stir-fry the greens quickly and add just the right amount of oil. Just cut them off so that the vegetables will be green.

A handful of bamboo leaf vegetables.

Pick off the leaves.

Rinse and drain.

Heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the bamboo leaves.

Stir fry over high heat.

Stir-fry over high heat until soft and watery. Season with a little salt and a few drops of light soy sauce.

Remove from pot and plate.
