Garlic Bamboo Leaf Vegetables

Overview

Since I don't like seasonings such as MSG and chicken essence, I added a little light soy sauce to the greens for seasoning (be sure not to use too much). When frying the greens, stir-fry the greens quickly and add just the right amount of oil. Just cut them off so that the vegetables will be green.

  1. A handful of bamboo leaf vegetables.

  2. Pick off the leaves.

  3. Rinse and drain.

  4. Heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the bamboo leaves.

  6. Stir fry over high heat.

  7. Stir-fry over high heat until soft and watery. Season with a little salt and a few drops of light soy sauce.
