Overview

Inspired by the famous northeastern dish of pine nut corn, here I use salted duck egg yolk to season it, making the corn and pine nuts more golden, and supplemented with jade-colored onions, it looks really golden, tastes mellow, and has endless aftertaste.   7. For salted duck eggs, take the duck egg yolk and melt it with the same amount of water as the egg yolk

  8. Put salad oil in a frying spoon, put pine nuts in cold oil. When the oil boils, you can take out the pine nuts. They must be cooked

  9. Then quickly fry and scald the onions and take them out. Don’t wait too long, as the onions will become soft and lose their shape

  10. Put the mixed corn kernels into the oil pan and fry until slightly crispy, take it out and set aside

  11. Pour out the oil with a frying spoon. There is no need to leave the base oil. The remaining oil is enough. Add the duck egg yolk water and stir-fry for a few times until a yellow foam forms
