Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

Add to pot and cook.

Take out and cut the cucumber into shreds.

Boil the beef slices in boiling water until cooked.

Add the enoki mushrooms and cucumber shreds.

Add minced ginger, minced garlic and minced millet, add olive oil and mix well.
