Ingredients, set aside.

Grind Poria cocos into fine powder and set aside.

Soak lilies in warm water for 1 hour and set aside.

Rock sugar, set aside.

Pour purified water into the casserole. After the water boils, add rice and lily. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat. Stir halfway to prevent the porridge from sticking to the pot. Generally, the porridge will rot easily after about 30 minutes on low heat.

Add Poria cocos powder and cook for about 15 minutes.

After the porridge is cooked, add rock sugar and stir well.

Transfer to a bowl and serve.
