I used to eat this at Weiduomei in front of my house. My mother said it was delicious, but it was not worth the money for just a little bit, so I tried to make a copycat version myself, just to satisfy my mother’s cravings

Have all the materials ready

Spread slightly thicker blueberry jam evenly on one piece of toast and cover it with another piece of toast

Spread a layer of butter evenly on the surface and bottom of the toast with blueberry jam

Place in a preheated oven at 210 degrees and bake on the middle rack with upper and lower heat until the surface is golden brown, about 10 minutes
