Homemade wine
Overview
This is my first time making wine, just for fun. If there are any shortcomings, please forgive me!

Ingredients
Steps
-
pounds of fresh grapes (it is best to choose grapes with darker skin, so that the color of the wine will be brighter.)
-
Wash and dry.
-
It is best to use rock sugar for one layer of grapes and one layer of sugar (I forgot to buy it so I used white sugar instead😊) 1.5 catties of sugar is put in 10 catties of grapes.
-
While waiting for fermentation, I forgot to take a picture of the first fermentation. This picture is of the second fermentation. The first fermentation took me 7 days, and then I filtered the grape skins with gauze. Note that during the first fermentation, I had to open the bottle cap every day to ventilate the bottle to prevent the bottle from exploding. After filtering, the second fermentation was carried out.
-
The bottle mouth must be sealed during the secondary fermentation. The secondary fermentation will produce a large number of bubbles. Once the bubbles have dissipated, the wine will be ready
-
To make it look less turbid, I filtered it again with gauze.
