Cooking in private
Overview
When summer comes, do you always feel like you have no appetite for food and everything you eat no longer tastes good? Come and put some food on the table, I'll make sure you want to eat more without realizing it. This dish is bright in color, spicy and salty, and goes very well with rice. Braised pork belly is the essence of this dish. Handsome guys and beauties who don’t like to eat fatty meat will not worry about the fatty taste. My husband is picky about fat meat to the extreme. He likes to eat pork belly but won’t eat it if it tastes slightly fatty. Being a good wife is also a lesson. It must be delicious and good-looking, and it must not have a fatty taste at all. And so this dish was born.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: Braised pork belly, cut off the heads and tails of long beans and wash them, wash the colored peppers, wash the red peppers, and peel the garlic.
-
Dice the pork belly, beans, color peppers, sharp peppers, and dice the garlic.
-
Add oil to the wok and stir-fry the chili peppers and beans first. (It takes a long time to stir-fry the beans. If they are dry, you can stir-fry them with some water.)
-
After the beans are cooked, add the bell peppers, pork belly, and garlic and stir-fry. Cut off the bell peppers, add salt, chicken essence, and some brine, stir-fry evenly, and serve.
