About 1000 grams of edamame (fresh soybeans with pods), washed with clean water;

Drain.

Boil the edamame in cold water again;

Add 2 star anise, 5 peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon salt;

Stamped;

Lower heat and cook for 1 hour;

Simmer until naturally cool.

Drain the water;

Peel and serve.
