Overview
Chazuke rice has been around since ancient times. I happened to have raw Pu'er tea at home. I brewed a cup of strong tea alone, paired with last night's leftovers, and slowly savored the subtle aroma of the tea.

You can also boil leftover rice with tea and drink it directly. Because my leftover rice is corn stubble, which is harder and softer when cooked.
