Overview
I recently bought an outdoor barbecue sauce and tried it in the oven. It turned out very well. It has a honey-sweet taste and a slightly smoky flavor.

Remove bones.

Put the chicken in a container, add salt, barbecue sauce, and cooking wine and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, marinate overnight (this sauce has a strong sweetness, I like to add a little salt to increase the saltiness of the meat, but you can leave it out).

Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes in advance. Place the marinated chicken legs in a baking tray (lined with tin foil or oil paper).

Bake at 190-200℃ for 25-30 minutes (if you like it to be darker or drier, bake for 30 minutes, usually 25 minutes).

Take it out after baking for 20 minutes, brush the surface with the remaining marinated chicken juice, or brush with some barbecue sauce, put it back in the oven, and continue baking.
