Overview

Fried tenderloin is my son and I’s favorite thing to eat. You can stick it with salt and pepper or ketchup, or you can wrap it in pancakes, or stir-fry it with chili peppers. You can also make sweet and sour pork tenderloin on top of this. Just use your imagination and add what you like to eat. It will be delicious no matter how you make it, haha

  1. Cut the tenderloin into large pieces and pound it a few times with the back of a knife or a meat mallet, then cut it into about 1 cm thick slices.
