Sugar Roasted Chestnuts
Overview
The sugar-roasted chestnut method I learned online is really delicious. The only drawback is that my hands are a little sticky after eating it, but there is nothing that can stop me from eating chestnuts.

Clean the chestnuts.

Use a knife to cut a small slit across the waist without cutting it off.

Add a tablespoon of olive oil.

Flip the chestnuts to coat them with oil.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

While the chestnuts are roasting, mix in the dry beach water and melt it.

Take out the chestnuts that have been roasted for 20 minutes, pour them into the sugar water, and mix well.

Place on the baking sheet again and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
