  1. I make my own sour beans, sour chili peppers, and sour ginger. If I don’t have it, I sell the chopped peppers or pickled peppers sold outside. Cut the sauerkraut into sections, add oil in a hot pan and sauté until fragrant.

  2. Add shredded kelp, stir-fry for a while, then add appropriate amounts of salt, chicken essence, sugar and water. Stir well and cook for a while. The kelp will be cooked in about 2 minutes.
