Preparation: Mushrooms.

Loofah.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.

Pour into a pot of boiling water and blanch for two minutes.

Take out and drain.

Peel the loofah and cut it with a knife. Prepare some minced garlic and green onion.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and white onions until fragrant.

Add the loofah and stir-fry over high heat.

Add a little boiling water, continue to stir-fry, and simmer for two minutes to quickly cook the loofah, which will make the loofah taste better.

Then add the mushrooms, add some salt and continue to stir-fry.

Adjust some cornstarch water (you can skip this step if you don’t like it).

Stir fry evenly over high heat.
