buffalo milk.

Grate ginger, filter and extract juice. Prepare sugar and milk powder.

Add buffalo milk to sugar and milk powder and stir evenly.

The buffalo milk is heated to 80 degrees Celsius, and the buffalo milk needs to be heated to over 70 degrees Celsius, and may cool down during this process.

Pour 15ml of ginger juice into the large bowl, and less into the two small bowls next to it.

Then pour the buffalo milk into it.

It will solidify in 3 minutes. (If it doesn’t solidify in 3 minutes, leave it longer.)
