Overview

Kueh juice is a popular traditional folk snack in Chaoshan area of Guangdong Province and belongs to Chaozhou cuisine. On Chaozhou streets, you can find food stalls selling kueh juice everywhere. You can order a bowl of hot kuey flakes that are as smooth as kuey teow, top them with light brown marinade, and then order some braised pork intestines, braised pork, braised eggs, dried tofu or vegetable tails. This is kueh juice. Eat it while it's hot. It's very refreshing and the more you eat, the more flavorful it becomes. Making your own ingredients can also be a bit more casual!

  1. Prepare some braised beef brisket in advance

  2. The dried kueh skin bought online can only be found fresh in Hongyang
