Fried rice cake
Overview
Most of the rice cakes sold in supermarkets have been cut into slices. If the rice cakes you buy in person are whole pieces, when cutting, apply some oil on the back of the knife before cutting so that it will not stick. The rice cake that Sister Xin uses today is a salty rice cake that she steams herself. Home-steamed rice cakes basically come in three flavors: sweet, salty and original. Choose the ingredients. All three flavors are suitable for making fried rice cakes. You only need to adjust the seasonings at the end according to your personal preferences.
