Overview
I don’t like to eat kumquats raw. They are sour and a bit astringent. I often boil them with rock sugar and add honey and make water to drink. I like the feeling of eating the kumquats until the end!

Boil the sugar first, then add the cut kumquats after it bubbles. Pay attention to the water on the surface of the kumquats to wipe off the sweat and remove the core!
