The fragrance is very good~~ The oatmeal I used before was Nestlé’s ready-to-drink high-calcium oatmeal. There were multiple small bags in a large bag. I tried it several times before, but I always felt that the prepared oatmeal was not in the right state. Then I bought the simple oatmeal in large bags. Judging from the appearance after brewing, it should be like this. The recipe comes from Sister Ziyi's new book, and the original recipe has not been changed. Ingredients: 315g high-gluten flour, 175g oatmeal, 5g instant yeast, 53g honey, 5g salt, 91g water, 21g butter **Oatmeal: 35g instant oatmeal, 140g boiling water

Pour the oatmeal and boiling water into a small bowl

Stir until thick and let cool and set aside

Pour all ingredients except butter into bread bucket

Place the bucket into the bread machine and secure it, select the dough mixing program, set the time for 30 minutes, and start the program

After kneading the dough for 10 minutes, you can see that the dough has taken shape

Add butter 15 minutes into the dough mixing process and continue kneading

After the program ends, close the lid of the bread machine for basic fermentation

Fermentation is completed when the dough has doubled in size

Take out the dough and deflate it

Divide into four parts

After rolling, let rest for 10 minutes

Roll out the rested dough into an oval shape and flatten a short bottom edge

Then roll it up along one side and pinch it tightly

Place the bucket into the bread machine and secure it, select the [Fermentation·Bake] program, and the bread machine enters the fermentation mode
