Baked glutinous rice cake
Overview
The fermented rice cake is actually more delicious when fried, but in order to control the heat, I chose to bake it in the oven. If you don’t want to lose weight, you can try frying it.

Take 120 grams of rice wine and beat it into a paste with a food blender.

Add ordinary flour, mix evenly, cover with plastic wrap and leave to warm to ferment,

Divide the flour dough into small even portions and set aside

Wrap an appropriate amount of bean paste filling into each dough. Bake in the middle layer of the oven at 135 degrees for half an hour, turning over halfway through.
