Put all the ingredients except the tart shell into a milk pot and mix until there are no lumps.

Put on the stove and stir constantly, cook over low heat until the paste becomes custard sauce and remove from the heat.

Prepare 10 egg tart shells.

Squeeze the custard sauce into each egg tart shell and smooth it out about 9 minutes full.

Arrange the egg tart shell with the custard sauce on the grill. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. (There was a little cheese left over from making the bread and baked together. Please ignore it)

Place the egg tart shell stuffed with custard sauce into the middle and lower racks of the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes until the surface is a little charred and removed from the heat.
