Boil sago in a pot until translucent. Soak gelatine slices in cold water until soft and set aside

Take out the cooked sago and rinse it twice with cold water, drain and set aside

Add 10g of white sugar to the drained sago, stir gently and pour into the container

Pour 200ml coconut milk into a milk pot and heat over low heat. Add soaked gelatine slices and 30g white sugar and stir until melted. Remove from heat

When it cools down a bit, pour it into a container with sago, then refrigerate it until it solidifies (I also used a glass bowl to put it in and cut it into pieces)

Take out and cut into pieces and serve

The sago is not very neatly cut, but the taste is really great
