Pre-soak the bird's nest to pick out any stray hairs

Wash the pears, cut about 1/4 of the top of the pears, and hollow out the core.

Put appropriate amount of rock sugar and bird's nest into the pear cup

Cover the top of the pear and put it into the stew pot.
