Shrimp Oatmeal Porridge
Overview
Baby's food must be a healthy mix of thickness and thickness. Oatmeal is a kind of whole grain that is very suitable for infants and young children. Add fresh shrimp and it tastes very delicious! Add green vegetables to supplement your baby’s vitamins and promote gastrointestinal motility!

Steps
-
Put enough water to cover the rapeseed in the pot. After boiling, add the rapeseed and blanch the water. (It is better to choose tender rapeseed or the heart part of rapeseed for your baby)
-
Chop the blanched rapeseed; peel and devein the shrimp, then chop into shrimp paste for older babies to eat, or cut into small pieces.
-
Put the shrimp paste into the pot and pour a small bowl of water.
-
Break up the shrimp paste with chopsticks and bring to a boil. (Put the shrimp paste under cold water. If you add the shrimp paste under hot water, it will stick together.)
-
After the water boils, add 5 tablespoons of milk powder and cook for 4 minutes (I use instant oatmeal, if you use other oatmeal, adjust the time appropriately)
-
Add chopped rapeseed before serving.
-
Just mix the vegetables and porridge evenly and it’s ready!
