Boil the water in the pot, pour in the sago, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the sago with cold water and it will taste better. Add some white sugar to about 300 grams of water and pour it into the pot. Continue to boil the sago after cooling it until the white spots become smaller and then take it out.

Then pour in the coconut milk (I personally prefer Hainan coconut palm juice, which does not have a strong flavor 😀). Let cool and refrigerate for a better taste.
