Cream Cookies
Overview
I left half a box of cream from making cakes and made cream cookies. The whole family loved eating them. It’s not complicated to make and tastes great. It has a rich milky aroma. Share it and give it a try!

Beat butter and icing sugar until butter turns white.

Gradually add the cream and continue beating with a whisk until combined.

Add salt, sift in low-gluten flour, and mix well.

Put the batter into a piping bag (choose a sturdy bag as it will break easily when squeezing. Do not pack it into two bags. Be relaxed when squeezing)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

I made another cocoa cookie, changing the flour to: 200 grams of low-gluten flour and 20 grams of cocoa powder. The other steps remained unchanged.
