Seasoning preparation: butter, black pepper (Western style, the kind that can be ground immediately, not powdered), fresh lemon

Wash, remove the head, and cut it open in the middle. Be careful not to cut it off with a single knife (I chose tiger shrimp, so it is larger. You can choose ordinary sea shrimp according to your needs.)

Cut the lemon in half and cut the fresh pepper into dices or rings

Spread the butter evenly on the shrimp meat, add fresh chili pepper, (you can add a little seafood soy sauce), and squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice.

Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes (if the shrimp meat is as thick as the picture, the baking time should be increased as appropriate, and vice versa)
