  1. Soak sago in cold water for about 5 minutes.

  2. Boil water in a pot, pour in sago and cook until there is only a small white spot left in the middle of the sago, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

  3. Take out the cooked sago and soak it in cold water for a while, then take it out and drain it.

  4. Mix coconut milk with water and bring to a boil, then add rock sugar and let cool. (If you use coconut milk, you don’t need to mix it with water. The concentration of coconut milk is higher)
