Soak sago in cold water for about 5 minutes.

Boil water in a pot, pour in sago and cook until there is only a small white spot left in the middle of the sago, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

Take out the cooked sago and soak it in cold water for a while, then take it out and drain it.

Mix coconut milk with water and bring to a boil, then add rock sugar and let cool. (If you use coconut milk, you don’t need to mix it with water. The concentration of coconut milk is higher)

Add the cooked sago to the cooled coconut milk.

Then add the mango cut in advance.
