Overview

The melt-in-your-mouth raw chocolate is absolutely delicious and easy to make. You no longer need to buy Japanese raw chocolate ^_^

Steps

  1. Put the light cream and jelly in a milk pot and bring to a boil. Pour it into a bowl with chocolate. Then pour in the melted butter and stir. You can steam it in a pot over water. Use a blender to stir while steaming

  2. Lay the mold with oil paper

  3. Pour into the mold, smooth out, and refrigerate for at least two hours

  4. After two hours, remove and cut into pieces

  5. Coat it with cocoa powder, I also use Valrhona’s cocoa powder, and it’s done
