  5. Ferment for 45 minutes at room temperature around 25°C. It does not necessarily need to expand twice. Do the basic fermentation first to let the yeast become active. Fermentation will be completed quickly after setting and fermentation again.

  6. After the fermentation is basically completed, exhaust the air and knead evenly, roll into strips and divide into small portions.
