Broccoli and Yam Energy Soup
Overview
The soy milk machine has an energy soup function. You need to cook the rice or beans first, and then mix them with various vegetables that can be eaten raw or cooked. Of course, you need to use cold water or purified water that can be drank directly. We can mix it according to the ingredients we have on hand. It is not recommended to add condiments when drinking;

Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients;
-
Barley needs to be soaked first. I soaked it for 4 hours. Peel and wash the iron rod yam;
-
Put the soaked barley into the electric pressure cooker, add water just enough to cover the barley, put the yam on top, and select the cooking function; the cooked barley will just absorb all the water;
-
Break the broccoli into small florets, soak them in light salt water for about ten minutes, wash them and blanch them. Put an appropriate amount of salt and a little oil in the blanching pot, take out the broccoli and set aside;
-
Weigh out the yam and broccoli to be used and cut them into small pieces, about the same size as peanuts;
-
Weigh the cooked barley and put it into the soymilk machine. Add the yam and broccoli together,
-
Add cold boiled water to the middle of the 2 hydrograph lines;
-
Put it into the machine head, I did not use the ultra-fine grinder;
-
Use the multi-function on the right side of the soymilk machine panel, select the energy soup function, and then press the start button, the soymilk machine starts to work;
-
The working time of the energy soup is very short, about 5 or 6 minutes. When you hear the machine beating repeatedly and beeping when the time comes, turn off the power and lift the machine head;
-
Pour it into a cup and drink.
