Prepare fresh peaches, rock sugar, white sugar and honey

Rinse the peaches, peel and core them, set aside

Put water in a pot and add rock sugar and white sugar (add more if you like sweet food). Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat. Add the peaches when the water becomes almost viscous

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about fifteen minutes

Fresh canned peaches are out

If you can’t finish it, put it in a can and save it. You can eat your own canned peaches whenever you want
