Rainbow fish sandwich
Overview
My daughter loves to read and eat sandwiches, so I often bring her favorite picture books to the dining table. This sandwich is also inspired by my daughter's picture book "I Am a Rainbow Fish": Deep in the distant blue sea, there lives a fish. This is no ordinary fish. Even if you search the entire sea, you will never find such a beautiful fish. Its colorful scales are like a rainbow, blue, green, purple... sparkling. The other fish opened their eyes in envy and called him Rainbow Fish.
