Apple Rose
Overview
I have been craving for the roses made by the master for a long time. I just had a piece of pie crust left over from the pie and fresh red apples. I wanted to make this to relieve my craving

Prepare apples and pie crust. Take out the frozen pie crust and thaw it in advance

Clean the apples, do not peel them, cut them into thin slices, the thinner the better, cut into half a lemon

Put water and fine sugar in a small pot and bring to a boil. Add sliced apples and squeeze in lemon juice

Shake the pot so that all the apple slices are immersed in the water. Do not use tools; cook for up to one minute and remove from heat as soon as they soften

Quickly take out the apple slices and place them on kitchen paper to rinse

Roll out the softened pie dough and cut it into long strips, do not roll it too thin

Press the apple slices one by one and place them on the pie crust

Roll it up, pinch it tightly, and stand it up like a flower

Put the finished flowers into the paper film and place them on the baking tray

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
