Wash the grass carp first.

Marinate for one hour. Use green onions, black pepper, sesame oil (you can use oyster sauce), cooking wine, and appropriate amount of lemon juice.

After marinating, place it in the oven at a temperature of 210. Bake for 20 minutes, then take it out and apply salad oil. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. At the same time, heat oil in a pot and stir-fry enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, scallions, onions and cucumbers. After frying, place it on a tray that has been cleaned beforehand, then take out the grilled fish and spread it on the tray. Place the entire tray back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Finally, fry the chili oil in a pan, take out the grilled fish, and pour the chili oil on top.
