1. 1 Prepare the chopped duck meat and cut squid (I haven’t cut the squid yet!). Soak the cut squid in water for a few minutes. Put the squid and duck meat into the pot, add hot water and cook over low heat.

   

2. 2 Add ginger and salt.

   

3. 3 It’s almost done, look, the finished product!
