When I got the fish maw, I originally planned to stew pigeon or quail, but I couldn’t find any, so I made Qingyuan chicken instead

The fish maw is cooked in advance, the chicken is chopped into small pieces, the red dates are pitted, and a piece of ginger is prepared

Blanch the chicken, cut the fish maw into sections, remove the pits, red dates and ginger, and put them into a casserole

Add twice the amount of purified water as the ingredients (do not use tap water to make soup, it will not taste good), bring to a boil over high heat for ten minutes, then turn to low heat, add cooking wine, and simmer for two hours

Before serving, add salt according to your taste and turn off the heat
