Osmanthus, purple sweet potato and yam puree
Overview
Purple sweet potato and yam are both delicious and nutritious ingredients. The simpler the way of eating these ingredients, the better they can reflect their original taste. Today I will make the simplest yam and purple sweet potato puree that basically maintains the original flavor. Because yam and purple sweet potato are very floury but lack sweetness, I added my own osmanthus sauce. Since the osmanthus sauce I made is too thick, I used an appropriate amount of honey to blend it. After it is made, it has a beautiful color and sweet taste. It is a very good after-dinner dessert and is also very good as afternoon tea.
